Explanation of charges other than the product price
Free shipping is available for both domestic and international shipments. Japan Post will make shipping for International, and Kuroneko Yamato will make for domestic Japanese area.

In case of cancellation, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Defective items
Please contact us using the Contact Us form if you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, damaged during delivery, or defective. We will contact you and, after confirming the condition of the item, replace it or refund the money (bank transfer fee to be paid by us). Please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the wrong item or damaged item. Refund methods for credit card payments will be in accordance with the credit card company.

Minimum order quantity is 1 piece.
Delivery time
We will ship within 4 business days from the date of order confirmation.
Please note that you cannot specify the arrival date. In case of delay for any reason, we will contact you by e-mail in advance.
